Returns and Exchanges

Wrong size?  Send an email to and let us know what you’re sending back and what size you need.  Send the one you have back, and as soon as we receive it, we will send the replacement out at no charge.  You pay only the shipping to send it back to us.

All Other exchanges:  Please email us at and tell us what you want to accomplish.  If there is an upcharge or refund due we will get it done promptly when we receive the product due back to us.
Returns:  If you find the product just doesn’t work for you, please email us and tell us why so we can make improvements for the future.  Package the product nicely and send it back to: LVAD Gear;  27024 145th St.;  New Auburn,   WI  54757.
When we receive your package, we will inspect it for damages.  Damaged products will not be refunded.


Cleaning Fee:  There is a $10  fee associated with professional cleaning of your returned products.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.
You will be refunded the cost of your product plus the tax charged, less the cleaning fee.  Freight is not refunded.

  1. I received my item yesterday. I ordered a heart ware tank top and you sent me the heart mate tank top. I would like to send me what I ordered or give me a refund.

    1. The replacement and a prepaid return envelope are going out today by priority mail. Very sorry for the mistake.
