Returns and Exchanges
At the LVAD Gear company the Health and wellbeing of our customers, associates, and our community is our top priority. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic our product returns take about a week to process.
Most of our staff and all of our customers have compromised immune systems, so we are taking steps to eliminate your risk. You can feel confident in ordering from LVAD Gear knowing your product was manufactured and packaged in a method to ensure your safety.
Wrong size? Send an email to email@example.com and let us know what you’re sending back and what size you need. Send the one you have back, and as soon as we receive it, we will send the replacement out at no charge. You pay only the shipping to send it back to us.

All Other exchanges: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you want to accomplish. If there is an upcharge or refund due we will get it done promptly when we receive the product due back to us.
Returns: If you find the product just doesn’t work for you, please email us and tell us why so we can make improvements for the future. email@example.com. Package the product nicely and send it back to: LVAD Gear; PO Box 368, Menomonie, WI 54751.
When we receive your package, we will inspect it for damages. Damaged products will not be refunded.
Cleaning Fee: There is a $10 fee associated with professional cleaning of your returned products. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
You will be refunded the cost of your product plus the tax charged, less the cleaning fee. Freight is not refunded.
