Received the Brown plaid bag from a cousin. Must have used it 7 times, when a noticed that the strap was tearing away from the bag! Cannot have the bag fall from me, so put it away and now telling you how disappointed I am with your product especially for the price!
My bag, plaid gold and brown was purchased from my cousin after my surgery....received it in March of this year. The strap , where the clasp is, has torn away from the bag.....not happy since it could have fallen off and caused major damage to me! How do I ask for a refund or another type of bag?
