Great belt for sleeping

I wear an LVAD belt every night. It keeps all the gear together and nothing bothers me. The last two belts I ordered were L/XL, but they are the same size as the S/M I already own. So if you need more room, you might want to consider ordering a larger size.

Size is too small

I ordered the first sleeping belt for my mom with small/medium size. The material is great but the size is too small even my mom is a very petite woman. I sent an email and wanted to exchange to a large size, but have not received any response yet. I am wondering if there is an exchange policy and how.
