Wrong size?

At the LVAD Gear company the Health and wellbeing of our customers, associates, and our community is our top priority.   Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic our product returns take about a week to process.

Most of our staff and all of our customers have compromised immune systems, so we are taking steps to eliminate your risk.  You can feel confident in ordering from LVAD Gear knowing your product was manufactured and packaged in a method to ensure your safety.

 Send an email to support@lvadgear.com and let us know what you’re sending back and what size you need. Send the one you have back, and as soon as we receive it, we will send the replacement out at no charge. You pay only the shipping to send it back to us.

All Other exchanges

Please email us at support@lvadgear.com and tell us what you want to accomplish. If there is an upcharge or refund due we will get it done promptly when we receive the product due back to us.

Returns

 If you find the product just doesn’t work for you, please email us and tell us why so we can make improvements for the future. support@lvadgear.com. Package the product nicely and send it back.
When we receive your package, we will inspect it for damages. Damaged products will not be refunded.

You will be refunded the cost of your product plus the tax charged, less the cleaning fee. Freight is not refunded.
