After trying on the vest, I was glad I sized up to a xxl. I normally wear xl. Fits is lose and comfortable. Vest is not as long as I like my fit but wife says it still looks good. Im one for concealing my LVAD and not wear out in public. So the design of the vest fit well with my style of dressing which is business casual. Again sizing up is way for a good fit and comfort.
