The messenger bag still has plenty of room for personal items as well, or even a spare set of batteries. It also has our signature elastic spandex strap on it, to absorb the weight of the LVAD, reducing body fatigue when you are on the go.

This material did not hold up as well in meeting our top quality standards. The material tends to run after wear, but this does not impact the usability of the shirt. We recommend hand washing the item with the Velcro closed.

Ladies, I have been longing for a better way to wear my batteries besides the holsters. I don't like the shirts. I have tried backpacks, ok, but hurts my neck and shoulders. I tried a fanny pack, ok, but hurt my back. I even made some other items.
I may have found it. There are new vests on lvadgear.com
I ordered a black medium one. Just got it today and wore it all day. Very sturdy and comfortable. Does a good job distributing the weight. Large/deep outside pockets. It zips up, but I am a little too big to zip this one. That's ok, I like the size. I may order a white large one. I am 5ft 2in and 1xx lbs. LOL

One Con: I wear mine open. It pulls down on the back of my neck, just a little too much. It would be nice if it was cut just a bit lower around the back of the neck.
